  3. Effective of Travel: Out bound of travel must be commenced on/or after 16 June 2007.
    Inbound must be completed journey by 30 September 2007.
  4. Outbound booking must be confirmed prior issue ticket, Inbound open date is permitted,
    but completed journey by 30 September 2007.
